These blocks replace the stock plastic blocks that often times strip. Positions 1, 2 & 3 are same as factory adjusters. Position 4 is an overload setting that is stiffer than position 3. The adjuster hex is located off the center line of rotation for increased mechanical advantage which equates to less effort to adjust.
