The spring rates coming through on Sidewinders and Vipers are on the stiff side for lighter riders. On average many riders under 180 lbs are not able to get the proper sag even with the adjuster blocks on the softest setting. This kit relocates the blocks to reduce the preload and soften up the suspension. Not only is this cheaper than sourcing lighter rate springs its also much simpler to install as the skid does not need to be pulled.
