Viper & Sidewinder Sway Bar
Fits all 14-25 Viper & Sidewinder
Over the years, sway bars have become one of the more frequently requested used parts on the sidewinder and viper. It's not uncommon for the oem sway bar to break and when they do they are often a backordered item. This BOP sway bar provides an alternative to OEM with a few additional perks.
The BOP sway bar is still a stock 12.7mm diameter but by changing material type it is a stiffer bar than the OEM. The material used is the same we use for the 13mm Apex sway bars. To date I have never had a reported Apex bar break, so time will tell if the material holds up as well in the Procross chassis. By maintaining the oem diameter there is no need for larger bushings like the Cat 14.7mm bar which is the only other option for a stiffer bar. Last I checked the 14.7 bar lists for $444, so the BOP bar is certainly a more affordable option.
The Procross chassis has been notorious for having rub marks on lower panels from the sway bar. While not a ride hindering issue, it's still a fit and finish grievance for many. To address this, I have increased clearance, and also added collars on the bar to prevent lateral movement of the bar in the bulkhead.
Bars have a powercoated black finish and retail for $150

Note: this bar is early prototype with no collars installed
