After nearly 3 years of development and testing I finally have a product ready to sell. I've been able to come up with a design that allows the rack to fit many Japan made models. The rack utilizes the Procross cargo plate that I developed several years go for the Sidewinder and Viper. This plate has holes to accept the Linq accessories and rotopax fuel caddies or you can attaching something custom you already have. The rack on almost all models attaches to existing holes in the tunnel. Scroll down for details on each kit.

The 11-18 kit retains full access to the seat pouch and mounts to existing holes in tunnel. On the 128/129 models the bumper mounting holes are utilized. The 144/146 xtx tunnel has these same holes as well and you just need to remove the bolts fastened in them. The 128/129 kit requires the use of a new rear bumper which is included. The hose covers can be omitted or easily trimmed as shown in the last photo. All mounting hardware is included. 

Note: exhaust soot will accumulate on the rack. I have plans to work on some exhaust tips to redirect the flow but have not developed them yet. 

The FX Nytro kit also mounts to existing holes in tunnel. On the 121" models the bumper mounting holes are utilized. On XTX & MTX tunnels these holes exist on the main tunnel but they are not drilled through the tunnel extension. You simply need to drill them out.  The 121 models requires the use of a new rear bumper which is included.  All mounting hardware is included.

This kit fits all the delta box models with 136 and 129 models with the oem tunnel extension. The side plates sit on the extruded tube and then 2 holes are drilled into each side to attach it. Rack retains seat trunk access and does not block tail light. All mounting hardware is included.  Presently do not have any complete 136 models in shop to take photos of at the moment.  Photo shows an early prototype so design of sides is different but depicts how it gets mounted.

I also anticipate that this will fit the 16-18 Vector XTX despite it using a slightly different tunnel extension. I have not had access to one to try. If someone has one and is willing to do a test fit please reach out. I will cut you a deal on the kit in exchange for your help!
